about

Marc Acardipane is one of the creators of Techno. Seeing today how many countless producers there are out there this is an amazing fact. Marc truly is a living legend. His music embodies the essence of sound once never heard. Beyond futuristic landscapes, he is the master of the rave anthem. Listening to his stadium tracks you are instant with 10,000 people. The Most Famous Unknown - Expansion Pack 4 is a perfect example of all things Acardipane. This is the latest release in an exceptional series of remixes and remasters which started with “The Most Famous Unknown” which contained remixes by Dasha Rush, Perc, and many more! Marc used some of his non-club pandemic time to keep remastering and released this great collection. Now at “The Most Famous Unknown - Expansion Pack 4” he starts with one massive hit “Don’t Touch this Stereo”. The sample itself takes you back to some street boombox but you are instantly transported into a crowd of dancing maniacs. Crowds of ravers and footballers have been singing this one globe-wise. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been on a train after a football game and the entire train starts chanting this. Next, “Impossible X-T-C” is pure techno yet lives in the hardcore world (not an easy feat!). Expansion Pack 4 continues this way each track original and so well produced if you are dancing along you won’t make it to the end without drinking some water… If that wasn’t enough to get you listening there is an extra special collaboration with Miro here. Miro’s releases on PCP and the related labels are a force of music unparalleled. Incredibly these two masters of music never produced any music together except this one track Burning Sky. Available now. Listen now.
